NOTE: After purchasing, we will be in touch during business hours to confirm an appointment time. Our online booking system is currently unavailable as we need to accommodate the various personalities and conditions of each dog to ensure every appointment caters to their individual needs.

Sessions always include a trained hydrotherapist in the pool with your companion. We can book two companions from the same household, which will require two hydrotherapists in the pool. Life vest hire and toys for motivation are included in the price. Please feel free to bring your companions’ favourite treats or you can purchase treats at our Centre.

All bookings are exclusive to your companion and family/friends. Your companion will not be swimming with other clients. Session notes and records are kept for all swims.

Appointments are allocated a half hour time slot. This time includes coating and preparing your dog for their sessions and a wash down at end of session. Exit time from the pool at 25 minutes to move to the shower to allow the next client to start their session on time. Please be aware that some dogs are not dog friendly so this ensures a smoother transition.

Inclusive in price, you will have access to our wash and dry bay with use of a complimentary shampoo and conditioner for you to wash and dry your companion. Please bring a towel.

Initial session- Includes assessment of your companion’s condition, completion of administration paperwork, gait assessment, discussion of goals and outcomes, treatment plan and a pool session. Please be aware this may shorten the swim time for the first session depending on the condition of your companion.
